Compass Aviation Ministries is the heartbeat of Compass 21 Aviation and we're thrilled that you want to learn more about what motivates us to do what we do.
The Mission:
Missionary aviation provides access to
food, medicine, mail, supplies, and technical support for overseas ministries.
The Problem:
Mission Aviation organizations
are in desperate need
of additional pilots/mechanics.
To make matters
worse...
...the “Baby Boomer” generation
of missionary aviators is
reaching retirement age. This
means that mission organizations
are faced with losing a
large percentage of their current
work force within 5
years.
Mission organizations
struggle to find new missionary
aviators because recent graduate face large school loans and
need to gain additional flight time
after graduation.
The Solution:
Compass Aviation Ministries seeks
to provide a passageway for aviators
that is clear and straight, a way to
move them quickly and directly from
flight training to mission service.
Our objective is three-fold:
- To provide these missionary pilots
with aviation employment in
our facility where they can gain
the flight hours, proficiency, and
experience required by mission
organizations.
- To help them reduce educational
debts, allowing them to immediately
transition to their mission
agencies.
- To provide them with a living
wage, housing and sufficient time
for support raising during this
interim period.
Opportunity to further God's Kingdom:
We realize that not everyone is able
to commit their lives to overseas missionary
service. The exciting news is
that God has gifted and called many
pilots/mechanics to serve full-time
oversees as a missionary aviators.
But they need your help to get there.

exciting ministry, please download our printable brochure (600k), fill in the appropriate sections, and return to the address provided in the brochure.
